MEDZS Bistro & Bar at Clifford Centre

After a day of walking around & scouting for my costume materials, I will definitely need a resting place for dinner & chill out time.

It is really a great place for a night chill out! (´ ▽｀).。ｏ♡

MEDZS is home to an eclectic range of Mediterranean cuisine from Spain, Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia, Greece, Italy and France! ♥♥

 It's their newest concept where by  a centrally located Bistro-By-Day is actually a Doorstep-Bar-By-Night. Awesome isn't it! (´▽`ʃƪ)

MEDZS also boasts an in-house bar that housed over 100 labels of international and craft beers, including Mahou Classica from Spain, Dead Frog Pale Ale from Canada and Efes Pilsner from Turkey. (¬‿¬)~♥

MEDZS offers breakfast items from 8am to 11am daily. They will also roll out promotions such as the ‘Everyday Mojito’ special! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧ For each day of the week, a flavoured mojito cocktail will be priced at S$8.90. The flavours include orange, melon, Mexican, English, etc! (✧∇✧)╯

 Let's start off with a refreshing tea~ It's taste was unique but the melon dew flavor was kinda lacking (or is it just me). 눈_눈?

Next up! An Oven-roasted Pork Ribs, served with Sauteed Vegetables & Truffle Balsamic Sauce~

This is Claude. Claude is digging in, while the other side of the tables were still taking photos of their food. HAHA. (΄◞ิ౪◟ิ‵)

 Some how I love this the most!! (∩˃o˂∩)♡

 *Newest Highlight* A super juicy Foie Gras Burger - Grilled gourmet beef patty with provencal herbs on mesclun greens topped with pan seared foie gras, pesto aioli & spicy salsa by the side to go with tortilla chips! ♥～(‘▽^人)

 MEDZS Signature Burger - S$17.90

Look at the whole lot of ingredient! ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

 The tender beef patty and juicy foie gras are stacked with rich flavor in the burger. ԅ(≖‿≖ԅ)

 Try it! It's too delicious to resist! ♥(๏⌣๏ԅ)

The taste is worth a burn in your pocket! HAHA!! \(Q▽Q)/

 I wouldn't mind coming back for it again! ヽ(^。^)丿

*Next Recommendation - Oven-baked Semi-cured Salmon! Herbs Crusted Home-made Semi Cured Salmon served with French Potatoes, Micro Herbs Salad & Lime Vinaigrette. 

 Oven baked Semi-cured Salmon - S$18.90

It has a little of this wasabi taste. (●__●)

We were told that the fish is slightly saltier as this has been cured. 

This will probably be most suitable for people who have a high tolerance for salty food or if they like food with bold flavors.〈(゜。゜)

 Cakes!!! One of my favorite too!! Haha! I love sweet stuff! (๑>ᴗ<๑)

 Medzs Rainbow Cake ($6.90) ≖‿≖

 I heard that this cake is voted one of the best Rainbow Cake in Singapore! °˖ ✧◝(○ ヮ ○)◜✧˖ °

 Look at those beautiful colors!! ✖‿✖
The texture is as awesome as their colors!
Soft & fluffy is the cake with light cream.
I will definitely come back for this again~ (๑✧◡✧๑)

I also ordered their Oreo Mocha Frappe! (ᅌᴗᅌ* )

I hesitated for quite a while because it was already night time. ಥ‿ಥ

It is as thick as it looks. A heavy drink, sweet with a mix of chocolate oreo & mocha.

Yes. If I ever go back there for chill out, I will order this again. (´▽`ʃƪ)

The bar is also one of the first in Singapore to offer the latest Kirin Frozen Fruit Beer at S$6.90. This full-flavoured beer boasts crisp, fruity notes (original, strawberry, lychee, peppermint, mango, peach) and it should be a favourite amongst the ladies. ♥

For the men, the smooth and carefully handcrafted Erdinger beer will go at just S$4.90.
